These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stern Direct website and purchases from Ad Management Services LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Suite #23552, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, unavailability or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout with shipping costs and any applicable sales tax. Payment is taken once, when you place your order. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or hidden fees. Your statement will show TODO: as assigned by your payment processor.

6. Product information

We try to describe products accurately; images are illustrative. Products are general consumer goods and are not medical devices. Follow the included instructions.

7. Limited warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. EXCEPT AS STATED HERE AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTIES. Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first – most issues can be resolved quickly.
